We ship orders all over the United States via UPS, Fed-Ex Ground or Fed-Ex Express. Please note that for any shipments to PO, FPO, or APO boxes, we can only ship with US Postal Service. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

 

✔ After we finish processing your new or first order, shelf27 will pack your goods and forward directly to the shipping company the same day and it will be completely taken care of by shipping carrier. 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

✔ Packages shipping time will depend on your exact destination of were your package is going. However, it usually takes only 2 to 5 business days  For  all shipping to the U.S and 10 to 12business days for international shipping..

How can i track my order? 

✔ Shelf27 will send you your package tracking number of your orders or order to the email that you filled out when placed your order. Please  note that your tracking information will be displayed for you 2-3 hours after you receiving that first email.

✔ You should always see your tracking events within 24 hours hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of the online shop.

Wrong address disclaimer:

✔ It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is completely correct, double check your info always. We do and try our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages

✔ shelf27 is not all responsible for your lost or stolen packages.
